Little N made pistachio macarons with cream filling this afternoon. From scratch, using a recipe from a Laduree desserts cookbook that we got her. This girl has got serious cooking skills, I say. And they definitely don’t come from me. Little A has nut allergies so I have abstained from macarons till now. Did not eat a single one either in Paris, or when we visited Laduree in NYC.
More than made up for all that lost time this afternoon. YUM!! 🙂
