Ok, not 10 lb in 30 days. But, 5 lb in 40 days. Half way there. Not too shabby, considering that the diet diary was the only thing that had “diet” in it in the past month and a half. Still, having to write down every single item consumed did result in (previously unheard of) reduced portions at each meal and reduced snacking (take that, peanuts!!).
Hurray for mindful eating! 🙂
